Recently, PCI tailored a professional audio and control system solution for the open space and training area at HSBC’s Xujiahui Center branch. This not only enhanced the efficiency of these areas but also provided HSBC’s customers and employees with a more flexible and high-quality audio-visual experience.

In the open space, PCI deployed an audio system with flexible partitioning and merging capabilities. The open space can be split into three independent areas, used in a 2+1 configuration, or combined into a single large area as needed. This design fully meets HSBC’s diverse space usage needs, improving space utilization.

On the video side, leveraging Q-SYS’s powerful third-party integration capabilities and extensive plugin library, PCI seamlessly integrated the control functions of third-party projectors and displays into the Q-SYS system. This allows the control of third-party video equipment to be managed through a single system.

For the training area, PCI provided a professional audio system, delivering an unparalleled high-quality audio experience to the client. Additionally, the control and scene linkage of large screens, video servers, projectors, lighting, and televisions in the open space and training area were all unified into the Q-SYS system. Users can control all the equipment in the room with a single touch using the touch screen controllers deployed by PCI. This one-touch control method greatly simplifies operations, offering users an unprecedented experience.

In this project, PCI uniformly selected the Q-SYS Core 110f processor to handle and route audio signals, paired with the Q-SYS QIO-S4 network interface box for controlling lighting, camera lifts, and other equipment. Additionally, the Q-SYS TSC-G3 touch screen controller was provided to the client for daily operation of all devices.

The project is now in use, and HSBC has expressed great satisfaction with PCI’s solution, stating that the final outcome far exceeded expectations.
