The construction project for the new venue of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference adopted the QSC Q-SYS audio processing system, PLD/CMXa series amplifiers, AcousticCoverage series ceiling speakers, K Family active speakers, and the WideLine 10 line array system.

In its main venue, the Boao State Guesthouse multi-purpose hall, the Q-SYS is used as the main sound field processor, providing powerful audio processing capabilities for the site. It also offers a multi-functional hall room division module, allowing for the easy and quick division of the multi-purpose hall into up to three separate sub-forum venues during sub-forum meetings. The WideLine 10 line array speaker system provides full coverage for the entire multi-purpose hall during the overall meeting, ensuring uniform coverage from the front to the back of the hall. During sub-forum meetings, each venue uses K Family active speakers as the main speakers and AcousticCoverage series ceiling speakers as auxiliary speakers to meet the independent sound reinforcement needs of each sub-venue.

During the annual conference, the reliability of QSC products was proven, and the powerful Q-SYS system provided an easy and flexible room division function for the multi-purpose hall, making it easier for the management staff to operate.
