The second phase of the Convention and Exhibition Center has a total construction area of about 200,000 square meters, serving as a comprehensive functional space integrating exhibitions, a business center, parking facilities, logistics distribution areas, and supporting service zones. The banquet hall is part of the new phase, located on the second floor connecting bridges between the second and first phases. Spanning an area of over 2,000 square meters, it functions as an extension of the exhibition center, designed to accommodate various conferences and large-scale events. As per specific requirements, the entire banquet hall can be divided into three independent rooms for simultaneous use or merged into one large banquet hall.
To meet these demands, an advanced and stable audio amplification system and a flexible, user-friendly audio control system were necessary. QSC emerged as the ideal choice, effortlessly meeting these criteria. The amplification system incorporates QSC's renowned K Series powered speakers and KLA Series powered line arrays. At its core, the system relies on the dependable QSC Q-SYS system, lauded for its robust audio processing capabilities, flexible audio channel configurations, and intuitive operational control interface, serving as a highlight of the project. For the microphone system, the cutting-edge Microflex Wireless microphone system developed by SHURE was adopted, adding brilliance to the entire audio setup with its advanced technology and impeccable sound quality.
The Q-SYS system is powered by the latest QSC CORE110f host, characterized by its compact form factor yet extensive functionality, housed in a mere 1U unit. It encompasses eight fixed input channels, eight fixed output channels, and eight customizable channels, allowing for flexible post-installation channel configuration adjustments without the need for additional devices, effectively reducing future expansion costs.
Upon completion, the project immediately underwent inspection by the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Party Congress and received a satisfactory assessment, successfully ensuring the completion of conferences and gradually undertaking various performance events. The system's stability garnered approval, and its ease of joint partitioned use received unanimous praise from users.
