Recently, the MIM Bar in Shanghai's Xintiandi officially opened its doors, becoming another popular hotspot in the Xintiandi Bar Street. PCI provided a comprehensive audio and control system solution for the establishment.

The bar is divided into two areas, indoor and outdoor. After on-site inspections by PCI engineers, 4 Q-SYS AD-S802T wall-mounted column speakers were installed in the outdoor area. These speakers feature all-weather waterproof units, making them suitable for places with challenging acoustic conditions and high requirements for sound clarity. These characteristics perfectly meet the needs of the outdoor area, providing impeccable audio experiences for visitors with the outstanding sound performance of the AD series.

In contrast to the outdoor area, PCI engineers equipped the indoor area of the bar with 7 K12.2 active speakers and 4 KLA181 active subwoofers, delivering a powerful audio experience inside the venue.

For the entire audio routing, control, and management within the bar, a Q-SYS Core 110F network processor is employed. To ensure robust and stable audio output, PCI engineers installed 2 SPA 2-200 compact amplifiers.

The MIM Bar in Shanghai's Xintiandi has now been officially accepted and put into operation. The project has received unanimous approval from the owner, who expressed satisfaction with the achieved results.
