To provide audiences with an immersive cinematic experience, Pang Donglai's Angel City Cinema has chosen to collaborate with PCI and entrusted them with providing a complete smart cinema solution and related hardware equipment. Following the completion of the project, the cinema has successfully obtained official certification from Dolby.
Pang Donglai's Angel City Cinema boasts a total of 7 screening rooms, comprising 6 regular theaters and 1 Dolby Atmos theater. PCI engineers tailored a cinema sound system, centered around QSC cinema equipment, to suit the different scales of these 7 theaters. A total of 142 QSC speakers are employed across the 7 theaters, including SC series main speakers, SB series subwoofers, and SR series surround speakers.
To ensure high-quality audio reproduction, PCI engineers combined 27 units of DCA series digital amplifiers with 14 units of DPA series digital amplifiers. The powerful integration of PCI's smart cinema solution and QSC hardware products, tested through years of projects and experience, has resulted in a fully networked audio solution. This not only enhances the overall sound reproduction quality of the theaters but also enriches the cinema's design functionality. The aim is to provide audiences with a better and more awe-inspiring viewing experience while offering cinema operators a more convenient control system.
