PCI Company has recently completed the construction of its Customer Experience Center, a project that spanned over half a year and involved an investment of over a million. The center is now officially open for scheduled visits from the public.

The Customer Experience Center seamlessly integrates with PCI's office environment and features four themed experiential areas: Solution Experience Zone and Speaker Audition Zone, Multi-functional Meeting Room Experience Zone, Smart Cinema Experience Zone, and PBMS Advanced Commercial Music System Experience Zone. Within these distinct areas, visitors can intuitively experience the various functionalities of PCI's latest products and solutions tailored for different application scenarios.

Solution Experience Showroom Demonstration Area and Speaker Audition Zone

Situated in PCI's training room spanning over 200 square meters, this area showcases and allows hands-on experience with six major solutions and key speaker models.

Digital Airport Experience Zone

The Digital Airport Solution combines IT informatization with a large-scale hall audio system, addressing the complex requirements of digital airport projects, such as multiple audio sources, numerous audio output channels, diverse business broadcasting forms, high concurrency performance demands, and complex priority management. This solution has been successfully deployed in airports like Beijing Daxing International Airport and Changchun Airport.

Smart Navigation Experience Zone

The Intelligent Navigation Solution, utilizing advanced indoor positioning technology and an intelligent audio processing system, creates an "audio follows motion" effect. Regardless of the guide's location, corresponding audio and lighting effects are triggered in the respective area, automatically switching and triggering sound and effects as the guide moves through different regions. This system has been adopted by Shenzhen Tencent Headquarters and Nanjing Baiyin High-Tech Company.

Float Parade Experience Zone

The Float Parade Solution is designed for parade scenarios. When a float enters a roadside speaker coverage area during a parade, the speakers are triggered, automatically playing music consistent with that float. When the float leaves the area, the roadside speakers switch to background ambient music or mute until another float enters, at which point it automatically switches to the corresponding float's performance music. This area also includes a 5.1 theater, a public broadcast system, conference speech functionality used in frequent training and meeting scenarios, and integrates high-definition video transmission, distribution, and large screen display solutions. PCI's main speaker products can be individually auditioned here, offering a simple and aesthetically pleasing user interface for seamless module switching between demonstrations, providing a delightful experience for users.

Multi-functional Meeting Room Experience Zone

The Multi-functional Meeting Room Experience Zone integrates traditional telephone conferences, video conferences, high-tech ceiling array microphones, and interconnectivity between two meeting rooms. Customers can fully experience the performance of modern intelligent meeting systems in addressing diverse meeting requirements.

Smart Cinema Experience Zone

The Smart Cinema System is built according to professional cinema standards, featuring 30 seats and the ability to screen movies in formats such as ATMOS and DTS-X. The system employs a fully networked architecture with intelligent management, offering a brand-new cinema solution from PCI. The system can distribute and play various hall movies according to scheduling plans, achieve automatic playback quality management, control stage lighting, synchronize with projection machines to play movies, monitor real-time picture quality and audio effects, control the switching of cinema lighting modes, perform scheduled self-checks, and provide security protection functions such as error and fault alarms. This area promises customers an immersive cinematic experience.

PBMS Advanced Commercial Music System Experience Zone

The PBMS system is a comprehensive background and foreground music solution, including multi-zone mixing mainframes, wall control panels, configurable multi-channel amplifiers, SUB/SAT (subwoofer/satellite box) speaker combinations. The entire PBMS music system can be managed via mobile devices, with customized user interfaces and user permissions. It provides background/foreground music and management solutions for retail, restaurants, gyms, hotels, and other commercial spaces.
